Where is my order?

Because every piece is custom framed and assembled by hand in our lab, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your piece ships. Once it leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking email.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

We stand behind our uncompromising craftsmanship. If your custom frame or crystal-clear acrylic is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately using the form below, and we will arrange a replacement to ensure your investment is protected.

Do I need to buy hanging hardware?

No. Every piece of New Common Stock artwork arrives ready to hang, complete with pre-installed stainless steel D-rings and braided wire.
